
Senior HR Business Partner: CBU and M-Pesa – Maputo – EDI0000C2
Role purpose:
Support the business in delivering its objectives through people, this includes managing/facilitating key people processes such as; talent acquisition and retention, culture transformation, employee development and recognition. Provide all necessary support to all Department programs including the implementation of Human Resources strategies.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Support the business in the process of global management of Human Resources and assisting the business in aspects related to talent management and development;
- Provide assistance to all employees in matters related to the Human Resources;
- Provide assistance to Line Managers in all matters related to Industrial Relations and /or disciplinary processes;
- Facilitate Performance Management process and reinforce the culture of Performance Management
- Prepare statistics on the evolution and trends of human resources.
Key performance indicators:
- Level of compliance with people processes;
- Employee satisfaction levels measured through People Survey
- Drive dissemination and internalization of organizational culture;
- Human Resources systems, policies and procedures fully implemented;
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Honors degree in Human Resources organizational behavior or related field
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- Five years of people and process management experience
- Partnering skills;
- Digital mind-set;
- Change management and transformation skills
- Proven expertise in relationship management;
- Ability to analyze labor legislation and provide recommendations to line managers;
