The role is to help plan and execute the automation of business processes across the organization to ensure cost benefit, accuracy of the automated operations as well as usability for business operational teams.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
Expert due diligence on existing operations, review As-is processes and define To-Be automated workflow
Build out the robot in a sandbox, complete User Acceptance Testing, and shift to production.
Evaluate new/additional load on the virtual team and plan/add capacity to ensure business tasks are complete within SLA.
Support & maintain the automation environment by solving issues emanated from the bot control room or business.
Ensure continuous engagement and alignment with the IT department to ensure changes to core systems are catered for within new & existing bot(s) driven.
Key performance indicators:
% of use cases developed per business unit.
99% Support on analyses, design and development.
Monthly Actionable insights based on Hours saved per automated process. .
Quarterly Internal initiative outco
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
Analytical and Problem solving skills; Team player, yet able to work independently;
Exposure to reports preparation & presentation, knowledge of community management;
Strong communication, including written and presentations, active listening, relationship building.
Telecommunications industry experience is an advantage
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science (or related degree or experience) or equivalent experience required;
3+ years of Experience with Java/.NET/Python with
Experience implementing Technical Architecture Design SQL development is considered a plus;
