Role purpose: Full responsibility for planning, leading and directing the sales channel through local financial institutions, based upon information from sales & solution specialists, Business Partners, Retail Channels, customer input and market analysis with the aim of growing Vodacom Business revenue; Also responsible to on board local financial institutions, manage end to end relationship and drive sales & Solution Support initiatives as well as activities to the company’s indirect channels Smart Partnerships, while working closely with the other departments to achieve growth and company goals;

Key accountabilities and decision ownership
 Deliver Vodacom Business solutions (Fixed, Mobile (Voice & Data), IoT and M-pesa) to existing and potential customers, in order to meet and surpass sales targets
 Manage existing partnership with finantial institutions and improve communication and delivery channels as a way to meet commercial goals and sales targets
 Lead the design/concept of customized offers in coordination with strategic partners (Banks and other) and contribute on each GTM strategy
 Develop and strength partnership with strategic partners for the improvement of Vodacom Business sales channels and outreach.
 Ensure 360° visibility of partnership’s activities, projects and results

Key performance indicators
 Smart Partnership Sales Performance vs. Target – Deliver on company and division established revenue targets and ensure Partners are enabled to achieve the targets;
 Smart Partnerships development – Onboard new and maintain financial institutions as indirect sales partner that will bring value to our customers;
 Relationship Promoter Score – enabling Smart Partners to be Vodacom ambassador and promote our solutions.
